Council Rules
1. All new families are welcome however will need to be voted in before taking part in voting or receiving notes.
2. We will speak on one topic and finish it before moving on to a new one despite the raising of the hands.
3. 2 family members per family at mtgs
4. Council Guard changed to voluntary but not mandatory out of respect for members whose family rules do not permit RP. Each family can send up to a max of 3 for guard.
5. Members may not be in multiple Councils
6. Members shall not have other members on Iggy during the meeting
7. No weapons to be worn at mtgs
8. If Council is discussing/dealing with an issue regarding an individual that individual is not to jump to mtg unless council and head of family agree prior, to prevent further escalation of issue
9. No streaming or recording of KC meetings
10. Guidelines for Swapping/Preventing Poaching
- if someone wished to leave a tag/family they make their request to their head.
- The head should then get back to them to determine what they want and then contract the head of new family to discuss and agree terms
- If they can’t come to terms they can then bring it forward to the council for assistance
- Any Knights Council members found guilty will face being asked to leave the Council.
- Note the use of the word member as defined at past meetings refers to Family/tag as membership is by family/tag
Senior Knights
• Knights who have the ability to sire/knight NEW knight
• Must have been a knight following the code for more than 2 yrs and have a 2 existing Senior Knights sponsor/vote
• Anyone outside of the Knights Council wishing to be Senior Knight must come before the Knights Council and be voted upon by council as a while

- To help keep order whoever has the floor stand to speak and when they are done they will sit, the chair will then say who has the floor and them or I may interject to keep order or to keep order or to clarify/confirm info if needed. Also please keep personal greetings and conversations to PM. If you do not have the floor pls wait your turn to speak only questions and comments of the person who has the floor will be addressed.
