Ok, when i'm not strapped down in a room with padded walls I'm just an ordinary 42 year old Single guy from London. Who the hell wants to be ordinary though so bring on the straps. :)
I have a good though often warped sense of humour, the kind of stuff that makes me laugh are Jay and Silent Bob movies (Kevin Smith is a god and i hope to hell he works with Simon Pegg someday which is why i pimp the idea every chance i get) or TV shows like Bottom, Red Dwarf... Well that could be a long list so i won't delve too deeply into it.
My interests are extremely varied but i'm not pushy about them, if anything i'm often accused of being too laid back until someone thinks they can walk over me on something i do feel passionate about, then it's a case of run for the hills.
Sod it, my philosophy is "Life is short, you're not getting out of it alive so make the most of it while you've got it." I don't see much point in worrying over every little thing, change what you can change, if you can't change it then don't lose sleep over it.
I'm a people person and an inveterate people watcher, i love socialising and having a laugh over a pint or hanging out with friends wherever the mood takes us, be it the cinema, a picnic in the park or just wandering the streets at 2am howling at the moon.
I love to chat with good friends about anything and everything that interests us, without taking it all so seriously that "Hello" becomes a declaration of war.
I have opinions and i stick up for them when pushed to do so, some i'm very passionate about, but i don't consider my views to be either the last word on any given subject or graven in stone like the ten commandments. Present a good argument for an opposing view and i'll take it on board, as long as you can show me *why* i'm wrong as opposed to just screaming "It's obvious you're wrong, because i said so."

I like people who know what they want and aren't afraid to ask for it, whatever it may be. I'm not shy and am virtually impossible to shock, i've had my share of experiences and had a damn good time exploring them. I prefer people who aren't too shy either, it's fun in games but every time i've had to spend 99% of my time getting someone to come out of their shell it's kinda made me lose interest in doing anything with the other 1%.
I don't have any hangups about age (as long as it's legal) size, colour, single parents or employment status, as far as i'm concerned those things are totally cosmetic, they don't define the person in my eyes and don't have anything to do with how i relate to them as a person.
Sure things like a killer smile and nice boobs turn me on as much as the next guy, but i'm not attracted to someone just because they have perfect teeth or breasts like melons.
It's personalities that really get my engine running, the same way i'd hope it's my personality people find interesting enough to get to know better and not that i have long hair or a nipple pierce, they're not me, they're just things about me.
I take people as they come and hope they take me the same way because i don't have the mental energy or inclination to pretend to be someone i'm not, i tend to have the best times with people who feel the same way.
I'm turned on by curvy women more often than not, i don't consciously think "I don't like thin women," there are loads of thin women who i think are drop dead gorgeous, i just find curves very sexy.

I love the Cure, big fan of 80's music in general. I don't pigeonhole myself as being one thing or another, i listen to anything that i think sounds good depending on my mood. If you like the playlist say "Hi, good tunes man" and if you don't then c'est la vie.
Movies:
Jay And Silent Bob Strike Back, Dogma, Cube, Sex Lives Of The Potato Men, Clerks 1 and 2, Truly Madly Deeply, Anything by Cheech & Chong except the Corsican Brothers, Extremely weird Peter Greenaway movies... I watch as many chick-flicks as i do Arnie testosteronefests.
Books:
I read mostly Science Fiction, ok so that makes me a bit of a geek, i just don't find the other stuff very interesting so what's the point of reading it?
