The Way Our Family Works In the family we have 4 leaders but they do not rule completely as in other families. The role of a leader is to talk with the other members of the family to find issues and problems that need to be addressed. Then the Leaders come together with the issues and ideas to fix the issues from the family members and we discuss them. Our family evolves to the needs of the members, not the members adjusting to the needs of the family. We just want a place for everyone to feel welcome and to feel free to express themselves.
