We are a small family in RLC we pride ourselves on quality
members not quanity. We have never been a family to push for
large numbers. We have a relaxed atmosphere and to stay that
way before any new prospects are even considered for vote they
have to show they have a Redhot Mind and fit in with our family.
They must be asked by us to join we do not put just anyone up for
vote who wishes to join. They must also show an intrest in getting to know
other members and become friends with them. This allows us to remain
united and happy.
Each member is allowed a vote we listen but we do have a family
leader (s) and can veto decisions that have been voted if they see it fit
and can also implement family decisions with out a vote. These situations
are not taken lightly and are discussed before done with other family officers.
As an RMG you are responsible for your actions we are not a police we
do however believe one as an adult should remember they are part of a family
and if their actions are detramental to the family can be ejected either
directly by family head or by vote.
