I have recently taken up bicycling; I ride about a total of 40-60 miles on my days off. I also do a lot of other exercises when I cant do bike riding. I also do some running when I can. I try and spend as much time with my kids as possible. But my job makes it hard to do that sometimes, but I manage. I am trying to better myself mentally and physically to give a better future for the 2 kids that I have.
